  • Kofta mixture shaped and chilled (or pre-cooked, depending on prep).
  • Salad components and sides portioned.
  • Yogurt sauce or toppings pre-mixed and refrigerated.

What You Need To Do

  1. Take kofta and sides out of the fridge and preheat grill pan/oven.
  2. Cook kofta until browned and cooked through (or reheat if already cooked).
  3. Warm pita/rice if using and plate with salad.
  4. Top with sauce and serve.
